From Nashville to Everywhere
Our logistics hub at 2417 Kline Ave, Nashville, TN 37211 sits at the crossroads of major interstate corridors — I-40, I-65, and I-24 — giving us fast, cost-effective access to the entire eastern United States and efficient routes to the West Coast. We deliver IBC totes to all 50 states.
The Right Mode for Every Shipment
We match the shipping method to your order size, timeline, and budget. Whether you need a handful of totes or a full truckload, we have a solution.
LTL (Less-Than-Truckload)
Ideal for orders of 1-15 IBC totes. Your totes share truck space with other freight, keeping costs low for smaller volumes. LTL shipments are palletized and secured to prevent shifting during transit. Transit times vary by distance — typically 2-5 business days for most U.S. destinations.
Best for: businesses ordering small quantities, one-time purchases, residential deliveries for DIY projects.
FTL (Full Truckload)
For orders of 48-60 totes, a full truckload is the most cost-effective option. You get a dedicated 53-foot dry van loaded exclusively with your IBC totes, direct from our facility to your door. No intermediate handling, no shared loads, no risk of damage from other freight. FTL shipments typically arrive 1-4 days faster than LTL.
Best for: manufacturing facilities, agriculture operations, distributors, large commercial orders.
Flatbed
When you need IBC totes delivered to a site without a loading dock — construction sites, farms, rural properties — flatbed trailers allow top-loading and side-loading with a crane or forklift. Flatbed is also the go-to for custom-modified IBC tanks that may be too tall or wide for enclosed trailers due to added plumbing or fittings.
Best for: job sites, farms, locations without docks, oversized custom builds.
Dedicated / Hotshot
Need totes fast? Our dedicated and hotshot shipping options provide expedited, point-to-point delivery with no stops in between. A dedicated truck leaves our facility and drives straight to you. This is the fastest option for time-sensitive orders — same-day dispatch is often available for Southeast destinations.
Best for: urgent orders, production-line restocking, emergency supply needs.

Stacking & Securing Procedures
Every IBC tote is designed for double-stacking when empty. Our loading crew follows a strict stacking protocol: bottom-row totes are positioned cage-down on the trailer floor, secured with ratchet straps at the base of the cage. Second-row totes are placed directly on top with their pallet feet seated inside the cage top rails of the totes below, creating a stable interlocking arrangement.
For totes shipped with liquid inside (wet shipments), we single-stack only and apply additional load bars and strapping to prevent lateral movement. Valve caps are tightened and sealed with tamper-evident tape to prevent leaking during transit.
Our loading team inspects every shipment before it leaves the facility. Totes are checked for secure strapping, proper stacking alignment, and no obstructions to the trailer doors. We photograph every load for our records and your peace of mind.
Delivery Scheduling
We work around your schedule, not the other way around. When you place a transportation order, our logistics coordinator will confirm a delivery window that aligns with your receiving hours. For FTL shipments, we can often accommodate specific morning or afternoon time slots. For LTL, we provide estimated delivery windows and update you as the shipment progresses.
Need recurring deliveries? We set up standing delivery schedules for customers who need regular IBC tote replenishment — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cadences with locked-in rates.
Shipment Tracking
Every shipment — LTL, FTL, or flatbed — comes with a tracking number and a direct point of contact on our logistics team. We proactively communicate shipment milestones: when your totes are loaded, when the truck departs Nashville, and an updated ETA as the driver approaches your delivery location.
For FTL and dedicated shipments, we can provide real-time GPS tracking so you know exactly where your IBC totes are at any moment during transit. This is especially valuable for time-critical deliveries and just-in-time inventory operations.
Transportation Rate Factors
We provide transparent, competitive freight quotes based on the specific details of your shipment. Here are the primary factors that influence IBC transportation pricing:
- Distance: Mileage from our Nashville facility to your delivery address is the primary cost driver. Destinations in the Southeast (TN, KY, AL, GA, NC, SC) benefit from our proximity and major interstate access. West Coast and Northeast shipments carry higher per-mile rates but are still competitive.
- Quantity: More totes = lower per-unit shipping cost. A full truckload of 48 totes ships at a fraction of the per-unit cost compared to an LTL shipment of 5 totes. Volume discounts kick in at 10+ units.
- Shipping Mode: LTL is the most affordable per shipment for small orders. FTL is the most cost-effective per unit for large orders. Flatbed and dedicated/hotshot carry premium rates due to specialized equipment and exclusivity.
- Delivery Requirements: Standard dock delivery is included. Lift-gate service, residential delivery, limited-access locations, and inside delivery add surcharges. We always disclose these upfront in your quote.
- Wet vs. Dry: Shipping empty (dry) totes is standard. Shipping totes with liquid inside (wet) requires additional securing, single-stacking, and often a hazmat or specialized carrier, which affects pricing.
Pickup Services
Transportation is not just about delivery — we also pick up used totes from your facility. If you have surplus, empty, or end-of-life IBC tanks, our logistics network can collect them and bring them back to Nashville for cleaning, recycling, or resale. Pickup scheduling is just as flexible as delivery — contact us with your location and quantity for a pickup quote.
Free pickup is available for qualifying quantities in the Nashville metro area and regional Southeast. See our IBC Pickup & Recycling page for details on free collection thresholds.
