Who we are

ABC IBC is a referral service. We pass IBC tote quote requests to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes and supply, buy, clean, move, or recycle the totes. We do not hold inventory or operate facilities ourselves.

What the quote form collects

When you request a quote, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, ZIP or postal code, optional street address, city and state, the product, service, grade, quantity and timeframe you choose, and your message. We also record the page you sent the form from.

How your request is used

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which routes it to one or more partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about it. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Text messages

If you tick the text-message box on the form, a partner supplier may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Ticking the box is optional and not a condition of getting a quote.

Analytics and Cookies

This site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept only as long as needed to handle your quote and any follow-up, and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations. Partner suppliers who receive your request keep it under their own policies.

Your choices

To ask about, correct, or delete information you sent, send a request through our contact form and say what you would like done.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
